At North Star Nutrition, we started with a simple idea: to provide busy people with delicious and healthy meals and easy to understand information that they can use and enjoy at home or at work. Our founder, a Holistic Chef with 4 Autistic Teens herself, struggled to find the time to prepare healthy meals and realized that many others faced the same challenge.
Yet, through her years of education, she has learned the value and importance of a healthy nutrient dense diet and how much of an impact it can make for not just special needs, chronic illness, cancer but also everyone looking to improve their health and vitality.
We use the freshest ingredients to bring the most nutrition into your meals. We marinate and sous vide our meats to contain all of the juices and nutrition. We take your food very seriously so you don’t have to.
